“Our Process” starts with design.   Each project is unique and this is reflected in the services we offer. However, most projects consist of the following phases: • Initial Contact • Site Visit • Initial Interview • Site Survey • Conceptual Development • Master Plan • Budget Study • Construction Documents • Construction Phase • Evaluation & Maintenance

During our initial meeting the exact determination of phases of our process for your individual needs would be further discussed and defined.
